Delete Your Account

This page explains how the account owner can request permanent deletion of a HaulHQ account and its data. Account deletion is available to the tenant owner (the person who created the account). Team members (managers, dispatchers, drivers) cannot delete the business account.
How to request deletion
There are two ways to request deletion:
- In the app (owner login): Sign in as the account owner, then go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion.
- By email: From the email address on your account, email support@haulhq.app with the subject “Delete my account” and your company name. We will verify you are the owner and process the request.
What is deleted
When the retention period ends, we permanently delete:
- Your account and all user profiles (owner, managers, dispatchers, drivers)
- Your business data: customers, leads, jobs, estimates, invoices, and bookings
- Uploaded photos and files, and driver location history
- Messages, notifications, reviews, and activity history
- Your payment-processing connection (Stripe Connect) is disconnected
What is kept
We retain only records we are legally required to keep, such as financial and transaction records needed for tax and accounting compliance. These are retained for the period required by law and then deleted. We do not sell or share your data.
Retention period
Your account is deactivated immediately when you request deletion. Your data is then retained for 90 days so you can export it or recover the account if you change your mind, after which it is permanently deleted. To cancel a pending deletion during this window, contact support@haulhq.app.
