1. Information We Collect
Account information (name, email, business details), customer data stored by tenants, transaction data, payment data (via Stripe -- we do not store card numbers), usage analytics, and AI interaction data (chatbot conversations, photo uploads).

3. Data Storage
All data is stored on US-based infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
4. Data Retention
Active accounts: data retained indefinitely. Cancelled accounts: data retained 90 days for export, then permanently deleted.
5. Your Rights
You may access, export (CSV via Settings > Data), or delete your data at any time.
6. CCPA
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information.
7. Cookies
We use minimal cookies for authentication and basic analytics. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
8. No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. This includes your mobile phone number, which will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected as part of SMS communications is governed by Section 9 of this policy.
9. SMS and Mobile Communications
HaulHQ uses SMS to deliver transactional notifications related to your use of the platform, including job assignments, booking confirmations, dispatch alerts, schedule changes, payment notifications, and account security codes.
When you create a HaulHQ account and provide your mobile phone number, you consent to receive these transactional SMS messages. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and role.
Mobile data protection
- We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We will not share your mobile phone number or personal mobile data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
- Mobile phone numbers are used solely for delivering HaulHQ platform notifications and account security.
Opting out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message from HaulHQ, or by disabling SMS notifications in your account settings under Settings > Notifications. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the platform, but you may miss time-sensitive job and dispatch notifications.

10. Changes
Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
