HaulHQ is $0/mo to start. You pay $1.50 per completed job plus a 1.5% HaulHQ fee on card payments. Standard Stripe processing is separate and billed by Stripe. All HaulHQ fees combined are capped at $149/mo per service type. Your first 5 jobs are free.
A job completes when you record a payment or mark it finished in the app. That single action triggers the $1.50 fee. If a job never completes, there is no fee.
It is a hard ceiling on your combined job fees and Stripe fees in a calendar month. Complete 50 jobs or 500, the platform fee for that service type never passes $149. Everything after the cap is free for the rest of the month.
Each service type caps independently at $149/mo, so junk removal and dumpster rental together cap at $298. You only pay for the service types you actually run, and you can toggle them on or off anytime in Settings.
