Load tiers & capacity
The load sizes customers pick from, their price ranges, and the booking capacity settings that unexpectedly live on this screen.
This applies to both workflows
What are the two workflows?Load tiers are the sizes a junk removal customer picks from -- single item, quarter truck, half truck, full truck. They are also, unexpectedly, where booking capacity for both workflows is configured.
Why a dumpster operator ends up on this screen
Per-day booking caps, the earliest bookable day and the booking window live here for historical reasons -- capacity started life as a property of junk load tiers. They apply to both workflows. If you rent dumpsters and never touch load tiers otherwise, you still need this screen.
You will find them under Settings > Pricing, on the Load Tiers tab -- not under Scheduling, which is where most people look first.
The tiers

Does your ladder go up?
Nothing stops you pricing a smaller size above a bigger one, and it is easier to do than it sounds -- the fields ship blank, so every number on this screen is one you typed. If a size tops out above a size further down the list, HaulHQ shows an amber note under that size naming both sizes and both numbers.
It is a warning, not a block
You can save a ladder that does not ascend, and the onboarding wizard still lets you finish. Sometimes it is deliberate -- a single oversized item that needs two people can genuinely cost more than a light full load. The note is there so it is a choice rather than a typo. The same note appears in the onboarding wizard and on this screen, because it is the same check.
A size with a blank price is skipped, and so is a size with Allow Book Today off -- neither is a range a customer can book from, so neither is compared.
Capacity -- applies to both workflows

Common mistakes
"I rent dumpsters, why am I on the load tiers screen?"
Because booking capacity lives here and applies to both workflows. You can leave the junk tiers alone.
"Everything says Call for pricing."
The price min and max on those tiers are blank. Fill them in.
"There is an amber note telling me my single item costs more than a full truck."
Because it does. Read the two numbers it names and decide which one is wrong -- usually the smaller size's maximum was typed as a worst-case figure. If the pricing is deliberate, leave it; the note does not stop you saving.
"I am looking for load tiers under Scheduling."
They are under Settings > Pricing, on the Load Tiers tab. So is booking capacity, which is the part that catches dumpster operators out.
