What are the two workflows?Load tiers are the sizes a junk removal customer picks from -- single item, quarter truck, half truck, full truck. They are also, unexpectedly, where booking capacity for both workflows is configured.
Why a dumpster operator ends up on this screen
Per-day booking caps, the earliest bookable day and the booking window live here for historical reasons -- capacity started life as a property of junk load tiers. They apply to both workflows. If you rent dumpsters and never touch load tiers otherwise, you still need this screen.
The tiers

Common mistakes
"I rent dumpsters, why am I on the load tiers screen?"
Because booking capacity lives here and applies to both workflows. You can leave the junk tiers alone.
"Everything says Call for pricing."
The price min and max on those tiers are blank. Fill them in.
"Big jobs are not bookable."
That is usually deliberate -- the largest tier ships with self-booking off, because those jobs want a conversation. Turn it on if you disagree.
