Junk removal is quoted, not booked. You cannot know the price until you know what the pile is, so the flow is built around getting to a number fast and then having a person close the deal.

The path

  1. 1A customer checks their zip on your site and describes the job.
  2. 2They pick a load size and see an instant price range, or ask for a written estimate.
  3. 3HaulHQ captures a lead with their photos and details.
  4. 4You send an estimate, or the price they already saw stands.
  5. 5A human closes it -- a call or a text. This is where junk jobs are actually won.
  6. 6The job is scheduled, hauled, photographed and completed.

Unlike a rental, a junk quote is not a completed sale. The metric that matters is leads you can call back, which is why the form is built to capture contact details early rather than to complete a checkout.

What to set up

  • Load tiers -- the sizes customers pick from, and the price range for each.
  • Price book -- per-item prices for building written estimates.
  • Quote form -- the fields and appearance of the form on your website.

Common mistakes

"I want customers to book and pay online like a dumpster rental."
