Business info & branding
Your company details, logo and colors, and where each of them shows up for customers.
This applies to both workflows
What are the two workflows?Settings > General holds the details customers actually see: on your landing page, in confirmation emails, on invoices, and in your local search markup. Your colors are the one exception -- they live under Settings > Website.
What to fill in
| Field | Where customers see it |
|---|---|
| Company name | Landing page, emails, invoices, texts |
| Phone | Landing page, emails. The number customers call back. |
| Reply-to on customer emails | |
| Address | Invoices and local search markup |
| Logo | Landing page and emails |
| Business timezone | Not seen, but everything time-based runs in it: the same-day cutoff, "today" on the schedule, reminders |
| Brand color and accent color (Settings > Website) | Buttons and accents across your public pages |
| Service area | See Service area |
One color drives the whole palette
Set your brand color and HaulHQ derives the hover, border and background shades from it. You are not asked to pick six colors that have to agree.
Common mistakes
"Customer emails come from an address that is not mine."
Platform emails send from a HaulHQ address with your email as reply-to. That is deliberate: sending as your own domain requires verifying it, and unverified sends get rejected outright.
